BBC News publishes live traffic stats
I'm a big fan of the Web initiatives of the BBC. From their podcasts (full shows!) to their streaming media, to offering shows for local residents, etc. etc. They just plain get the opportunities the Internet offers and have expanded their service offerings as more of their users get broadband.
